Travel in 2010
With 2010 just around the corner we'd like to encourage all our customers to give some serious thought to any summer travel plans you may have. With World Cup mania gripping South Africa flights are horribly full and prices will be rocketing from May through August 2010. This is traditionally a very busy time for long haul travel and if you hope to get seats on flights it's advisable to book early so as to avoid disappointment.
Hotels in and flights to South Africa are filling up fast so we are recommending travel via alternative hubs in Nairobi, Addis. Lusaka or Dar es Salaam.

Likoma Island Update
Kaya Mawa Lodge on Likoma Island will be closed from November 09 - April 2010 for a major refit - all chalets are having new interiors and they are building a stunning new family house! Next year this property will offer a range of top end stylish accommodation.
Mango Drift will still be open offering budget accommodation to those wishing to visit Likoma in the coming months.
A new PADI recognised diving company has been set up - Likoma Island Divers - that will be based at Kaya Mawa in the newly built dive school offering professional diving courses to guests.
